After many years of caring for our wonderful community, we would like to share with you a very personal and important decision.
William Angliss Institute Medical Centre will permanently close its doors, with our final day of operation being Wednesday, 2 December 2026.
This has not been a decision we have made lightly. Over the years, we have been privileged to meet, care for and support so many people from different backgrounds and stages of life. We are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us and for the relationships we have built with our patients and the wider community.
Although our time at William Angliss Institute will come to an end on 2 December 2026, our commitment to supporting the people we have had the privilege of caring for will continue.
After this date, we will continue to offer our services online, allowing us to remain connected with our patients and clients, wherever they may be.
Dr Emil will continue providing medical and counselling consultations online, while Dr Snezhana will continue offering counselling sessions to support you with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other emotional challenges.
We understand that meaningful care is about more than a consultation. It is about feeling heard, understood and supported — and we are grateful for the trust so many of you have placed in us. We would be very happy to continue walking alongside you on your journey towards greater health, emotional wellbeing and a more fulfilling life.
Our online consultations and counselling sessions will be offered at an affordable fee, making ongoing support accessible even when we can no longer meet in person. Please note that consultation fees will not attract Medicare or other insurance rebates.

Medical Records Transfer
If you would like a copy of your medical records to take with you or provide to another medical practice, we can arrange for a collated electronic copy of your records to be prepared and transferred.
To help keep the process simple and efficient, records are provided electronically only, in PDF or another suitable electronic format. We do not provide printed or hard-copy records.
A fee may apply for the time involved in locating, collating and preparing your records, in accordance with the applicable requirements and fee limits (please see below).
Medical records requests and the electronic transfer of records can be arranged through:

This email address can be used to submit your request to the practice and, once your records have been prepared, to send the records electronically to you or to your nominated healthcare provider.
You have two options:
Your medical records will be securely transferred electronically in standard encrypted XML format. If XML cannot be accepted, your medical records can be provided in PDF format instead.
Your medical records will be sent to your email in a password-protected file. The password will be provided separately by email.
Transfer Fees*
*Once your Transfer of Records request has been received, our team will advise you of any applicable fee or whether a fee waiver may apply. Where a fee is payable, proof of payment will be required before the records can be transferred.
