William Angliss Institute Medical Centre is a private medical clinic. Our doctors are independent medical professionals who charge fees for their services. You may have to make a gap payment dependent upon the doctor you see, the service provided and your insurance coverage. Domestic and international students enjoy a discounted fee. Pensioners, Health Care Card Holders, children under 16 years old and WAI students are fully bulk billed. Please refer to the tables below:

Services not listed aboves may attract different fees. Please contact our admin team or ask your doctor. Examples of services which attract different fees are TAC, surgical procedures, wound care, nurse reviews, work related medicals.
In accordance with best practice, William Angliss Institute Medical Centre recommends that if your doctor sends you for any investigations, it is your responsibility to make a follow up appointment to discuss the results.
To protect your confidentiality and to maintain your highest quality care, results will not be given out over the phone. If you wish to discuss your results, even if they are normal, you will be asked to make an appointment for follow up of your test results. This is to ensure your optimal medical care, and offer clarification or advice.
Please note that if your test results indicate a need for urgent review, you will be contacted by your doctor or William Angliss Institute Medical Centre staff as soon as the result is viewed. However, it is essential that you exercise your responsibility to return for review of the results.
